From the opening Takbir (saying Allahu Akbar or God is Great) to begin the prayer the movements and postures are of both physical and spiritual benefit for us. Standing calmly and gathering our thoughts improves posture, balance, and self-awareness, as well as normalising blood pressure and breathing.
Step 5: When the Imam says “Allahu Akbar” go into Ruku (the bowing position). Step 6: Stand up straight when he says Sami Allahu liman Hamidah (Allah hears those who praise Him), and say “Rabbana lakal Hamd” (our Lord praise be to You) in a low voice. Step 7: When the Imam says “Allahu Akbar” go into Sujud (prostration). Indeed they are easy but those who do them are few: glorifying Allah (by saying Subhaan Allah) following every prayer ten times, praising Him (by saying al-hamdu Lillah) ten times, and magnifying Him (by saying Allahu akbar) ten times. That is one hundred and fifty on the lips and one thousand and five hundred in the balance. The more correct wording is the second one Allahu Akbar, since it demonstrates that the Arabic word for Allah has a dhama at the end while Akbar has a sukun. The first wording "Allahu ul-Akbar" is almost incorrect since it implies that "ul" or the dhama is connected to Akbar rather than Allah. I hope that makes sense, and Allah (SWT) knows best. Those who performed the “Tamattu”or “Qiran” Hajj or missed one of the Hajj rituals, they have to slaughter a sheep or a goat. It is also recommended to slaughter an animal by the one who performed Hajj without Umrah. While slaughtering, a pilgrim should say Bismillah, Allahu Akbar (in the name of Allah and Allah is the Greatest). Abu Sa’eeed Al Khudri narrated: “When Allah’s Messenger stood for Salat during the night, he would say the Takbir (Allahu Akbar), then say: (Subhanaka Allahumma wa bihamdika wa Tabarakasmuka wa Ta’ala Jadduka wa la ilaha ghairuk.) ‘Glorious You are O Allah, and with Your praise, and blesses is Your Name, and exalted is Your majesty

Answer. All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. {C} If you sit for Jilsatul-Istiraahah (after the first or third Rak‘ah), then you say the Takbeer during Jilsatul-Istiraahah, and then you stand up without saying Takbeer.
